Refunds for Damaged Items
While we do not accept returns, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)

Refund Approval Process
Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not include sufficient photographic evidence.

  • Requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that do not affect product functionality are not considered defects.
